3. Quotes and Proposals

Requesting a quote through this website, whether via the quote form, contact form, or any other method, does not create a binding contract. A quote is an estimate only and is subject to:

• A physical site inspection and assessment of your property.
• Confirmation of equipment availability and pricing at the time of acceptance.
• Acceptance of a formal proposal or installation agreement provided separately by EES.

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the proposal document. If no period is stated, quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Solar Victoria Solar Panel Rebate and Battery Rebate

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any consumer guarantee, right, or remedy conferred on you by the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth)) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded, restricted, or modified by agreement.

Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
